My Church Sermons, a ministry of My Church will
never sell, lease, rent or otherwise transfer your confidential information. We will always endeavor
to take steps to assure that any information you provide to us will remain secure.
Collection of Information
My Church does not collect personal information while you are visiting our
website. However, My Church allows you to provide personal information
on our Web site. The type of information we ask you to provide is only the information necessary
to facilitate our response to your tape request such as your name and contact information. This
information is sent via email to our Tape Fulfillment center, who will in turn contact you regarding
payment information. At no time do we collect credit card numbers or checking account information
on the web site, nor do we store any such information on the site. The information included in
the request is not stored anywhere at the site, but may may be stored at the Tape Fulfillment
center in order to complete your request.
Use of Information
My Church uses the information provided by you to respond to your correspondence,
questions, comments, suggestions, thoughts, opinions, prayers, concerns, ideas, or to fulfill a tape
or resource request from our Tape Library. We may also use information provided by you to update, develop,
design and customize the content of our Web site to meet the needs, interests and requests of our audience.
We may also use this information to contact you via email to confirm specific resource or information
requests, confirm subscription information, inform you of new message availability.
Disclosure/Sharing of Information
As stated above, My Church does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise transfer
your confidential information to others. My Church will disclose confidential
information only when required by law.
Ability to Edit and Delete
If you would like to correct, update, add, or delete personal information, simply let us know by
emailing us at mailto:info@example.com and we will promptly respond to your request.
Security
Our Web site does not include an ecommerce system. Best practice is employed to ensure the security
of our server.

My Church reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any
time and requests that you review this policy for updates.
